  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take a little longer due to courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We may offer free shipping during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your package in real time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your address, phone number, and pincode are correct. Incorrect details may lead to delays or failed deliveries.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the order returns due to missed attempts or a wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Package Condition

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Report it to us immediately with photos for quick assistance.
