At Skynup, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You raise the request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all accessories/packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong model/color ordered by the customer
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Screen guards, lens protectors, or accessories once applied

Return Process

Submit a request by contacting us with your order number and issue details:

Share Proof

Please provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

Pickup / Return Instructions

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions depending on your location.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use.
  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
  • Packaging or accessories are missing.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • It will be arranged for eligible issues such as damage, defect, or wrong product delivered.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.
  • If the customer wants to return for any other reason, return shipping charges may apply.
